This article investigates the promotion of creativity, studying the process and results of a course given to students of the Nau Gran, an educational program that is offered to a public over 55 years old. It is a workshop designed to activate creativity through the practice of photography and visits to museums. Learning processes are approached from a multidisciplinary perspective, integrating aspects ranging from Visual Culture and Art History to digital technologies and Art Education. The research methodology is based on the Case Study, combining Arts-Based Research, so that the images acquire an important value as a result. Assuming the problem of learning for senior students, due to the gerontophobia, and valuing the benefits of lifelong learning, we use motivation as an argument, while reinforcing participatory practices evaluating the students’ experience. The positive results of the project are reinforced with the opinions of the people involved in the research.
